Stage Crew 2026-2027

Students will help and learn about building and painting sets for productions, lighting and sound, makeup, props and running crew.

Please fill out form below for your child to participate in the following CREW CLUBS (open to ALL 6th, 7th & 8th Graders):

Students who sign up for Crew Club will have the opportunity to work backstage on at least ONE production during the school year (Fall, Winter, or Spring). In most cases, we are able to accommodate students who wish to work on more than one show.

Please note: Crew Clubs are independent of being part of the official Stage Crew for a production.

6th Graders will have their first opportunity to work backstage during the 6th Grade Production of Madagascar, Jr. in December/January.

To be considered for backstage crew on a production, students must attend at least two Crew Club meetings prior to the show. Stage crew typically begins rehearsing with the cast about one month before each production. (Rehearsal dates and times may vary.)

Rehearsal Start Dates by Season:

• Fall Show – Rehearsals begin in October

• Winter Show – Rehearsals begin in January

• Spring Show – Rehearsals begin in March

If you are selected to participate in stage crew for a production, you must be available for all scheduled rehearsals and performance dates. A detailed email with all required dates and times will be sent home in advance. Please review this information carefully to ensure you can fully commit before your spot on the crew is confirmed.

If your child is unable to be a part of crew for this upcoming Fall Show - we will have additional Crew Club dates as well as two more productions they can help with this year!

Wednesday, September 16 - 3:30pm - 5:15pm: Orientation, rules, and tour 

Wednesday, September 23 - 3:30pm - 5:15pm

Wednesday, October 7 - 3:30pm - 5:15pm

Wednesday, November 18 - 3:30pm - 5:15pm

Wednesday, December 2 - 3:30pm - 5:15pm

Wednesday, December 16 - 3:30pm - 5:15pm

Additional dates for January - April will be available in November
